Walmart's Return Policy without a Receipt
Here is where the return policy becomes a bit more awesome.
If you've lost your receipt, and who hasn't once or twice, you can still bring the item back for a refund.
They told me that you can get 3 refunds without a receipt within 45 days.
If you get denied, you'll have to wait and try again in a few weeks.
Here's the skinny on no-receipt refunds, along with your options...
Valid government issued ID: You must have this and you can't tamper with it in any way.
Straight Exchange: Simply exchange the item.
Cash Refund: You are only eligible for a refund in cash if you have purchased an item or items worth less than $25. Cash refunds are often at the discretion of managers.
Gift Card: The value of the returned item must exceed $25 in order to be eligible for a Walmart card.

It was quite a shock to me. In the following states, you can return a Walmart gift card in plastic (or Walmart eGift Card) and get cash.
California - Card must have a balance of $10 or less with original balance above $10.
Colorado - $5 balance or less.
As new states become available, I will add them to the list.
Walmart Became Stricter In 2019...
Walmart used to be quite lenient when it came to the point system. Prior to the 2019 update, an employee was only terminated after nine instead of five points. You will also receive a half-point if you are late for work. You could receive up to three points if you are absent unexpectedly during holidays or busy periods.
It has been criticized a lot. Some think that it's unfair, especially if an employee faces a situation that forces them to be late. Others think that it's helped employees manage their time better and work in teams. You be the judge.
Walmart Temperature Check Class Action Lawsuit Overview:
(Jan. 18, 2022)
Walmart workers who sued the company, claiming they were not paid for temperature checks that the retailer required them to perform must now go back and re-evaluate their claims after a Californian judge dismissed most of the class action lawsuits.
The U.S. district judge Nathanael M. Cousins issued an order on Jan. 14 partially granting Walmart’s motion to dismiss claims of wage theft filed by plaintiffs Salvador Guzman & James Marshall.
They also claimed they weren't paid their meal period premiums correctly and were not provided accurate wage statements, which is in violation of state and federal labor laws.
However, the judge sided with Walmart on most of the claims, agreeing that the plaintiffs had not given sufficient evidence to stand up their allegations.
Walmart argues Plaintiffs first three claims should be dismissed because they fail to state their claim, wrote the judge. The Court concurs, as the three causes allege that there were violations of labor codes without providing any details about Plaintiffs’ experience.

How Much Do Walmart Store Managers Make?
This is the ultimate career in the actual store. It comes with a hefty salary, too. Recently, there have been a few articles in the Internet that boasted about store managers making an average of $175,000 per year.
Salary reports on Indeed.com or Glassdoor.com are much modester, averaging between $110,000 and $135,000 per year.
This position requires years of supervisory experience. You may also be required to have at least two years' experience in general management, or a Bachelor's Degree, depending on where the store is located. If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, then you will need to demonstrate four years of experience in general management.
